Medical / Dental / Vision / 401(k) / Basic Life AD&D : Full time employees working 30+ hours per week, beginning the first of the month following your date of hire.
Voluntary Life AD&D : Full time employees working 30+ hours per week and regular part time employees working 20+ hours per week, beginning the first of the month following your date of hire.

Open Enrollment is the one opportunity each year when you can make changes to your Benefits and insurance selections for any reason. Please note: You are still able to make changes if you have an eligible “change in family status” such as marriage, birth, adoption, divorce, loss of coverage, etc. and if any of these occur, you must notify payroll (within 30 days of the change) in order to change your Benefits.
