ELIGIBILITY 
All full-time employees scheduled to work 37.50 or more hours per week, and all part-time employees scheduled and working at least 20 hours per week, who have satisfied the 30 day new hire waiting period.

Please note, you can only make changes to your benefit elections mid-year if you have an eligible “change in family status” such as marriage, birth, adoption, divorce, loss of coverage, etc. If any of these occur, you must notify payroll (within 30 days of the change) in order to change your benefits.
